I am qualified coach working towards ICF accreditation. My approach to coaching is based on a relationship of trust and confidentiality and with a ‘strengths’ approach.
My role as a coach is to support and challenge my coachees, helping them uncover self insights and stretch beyond their comfort zone. I use 360 methodology, tools, frameworks and best practice insights when these can add value.
I work from manager to C-Suite level and specialize in helping leaders make transitions, whether that be into a new people manager role or into a more complex leadership role. My coaching also supports leaders where they may have been difficult feedback and identified development areas which the leader needs to make sense of.
Typically a coaching program lasts from 4-6 months with 90-minute sessions every 3-4 weeks. I also provide interim and follow-up resources after each session.
