Research and Design
I love to design learning experiences that are current, engaging, interactive and practical.
Over the last few years where so much more has been done virtually I have designed learning programmes on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Working cross-culturally, Addressing Stress and Burnout as well as many others.
Facilitation
My facilitation style balances sharing pragmatic content with listening and responding to the needs of the group. I design and prepare sessions thoroughly and can then pivot and shift gears if learners need this. Others describe my style as empathic, warm, intuitive, clear, constructive.
Consultancy
Throughout my career I have consulted, advised and designed programs in response to business and HR needs including performance management and talent management processes, coaching and mentoring programs and employee engagement initiatives.
